1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing sosomoss.net ("Platform"), you agree to these legally binding terms. If you represent an entity, you warrant authority to bind it.

2. Account Registration

  • Provide accurate information during sign-up.
  • You are responsible for account security and activities.
  • We may suspend accounts violating these terms.

3. Services Description
The Platform provides AI-powered tools including but not limited to:

  • AI Creative Suite, Claude/Gemini/Grok models, AI Video Pro (Veo/Kling), Imagen 4
  • Marketing bots, social media automation, WhatsApp/Telegram integrations
  • AI voice chatbots, text-to-speech, AI music composition
  • Payment-required features (marked "Paid") via Stripe/PayPal

4. Payment & Subscriptions

  • Fees: Prices displayed for Paid services. Taxes not included unless specified.
  • Renewals: Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.
  • Refunds: Generally non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Credits: Purchased credits expire after 12 months of inactivity.

5. User Content

  • You retain ownership of input content (e.g., text, images).
  • By using AI tools, you grant us a license to process content for service delivery.
  • You warrant content does not violate laws or third-party rights.

6. AI Output & Limitations

  • AI-generated content (e.g., images, video, text) may be imperfect or inaccurate.
  • We do not claim ownership of your AI outputs.
  • Prohibited uses: Illegal activities, harassment, generating harmful content.

7. Third-Party Integrations

  • API services (OpenAI, Claude, Azure, etc.) are subject to their respective terms.
  • Payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal) handle transactions under their policies.
  • We are not liable for third-party service disruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Platform code, design, and trademarks are owned by us.
  • You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the Platform.

9. Termination

  • We may terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or inactivity.
  • Paid subscriptions will not be prorated upon termination.

10. Disclaimers

  • Services provided "AS IS". We disclaim warranties of accuracy or reliability.
  • Not liable for:
    • AI output quality
    • Business losses or data breaches caused by user error
    • Third-party service failures

11. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid by you in the past 6 months.

12. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Disputes resolved via arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms
Updates posted on this page. Continued use = acceptance.

  • 您保证内容不违反法律或第三方权利。

6. AI输出与限制

  • AI生成内容（如图像、视频、文本）可能存在缺陷或不准确。
  • 我们对您的AI输出内容不主张所有权。
  • 禁止用途：非法活动、骚扰、生成有害内容。

7. 第三方集成

  • API服务（OpenAI、Claude、Azure等）受其各自条款约束。
  • 支付网关（Stripe、PayPal）按其政策处理交易。
  • 我们对第三方服务中断不承担责任。

8. 知识产权

  • 平台代码、设计及商标归我们所有。
  • 禁止反向工程、爬取或滥用平台。

9. 终止

  • 我们可能因违规、欺诈或不活动终止账户。
  • 终止后付费订阅费用不予退还。

10. 免责声明

  • 服务按“现状”提供。我们不保证准确性或可靠性。
  • 不承担以下责任：
    • AI输出质量
    • 用户错误导致的业务损失或数据泄露
    • 第三方服务故障

11. 责任限制
我们的总责任不超过您过去6个月支付的费用总额。

12. 管辖法律
受United Kingdom法律管辖。争议通过仲裁解决。

更新将发布于此页面。继续使用即视为接受。
